Lillian Hecht Lillian graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Northwestern University in 1978. She earned a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University in 1980 and received a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland in 1984. She has extensive bench-research experience in laboratory science. Research methods include a strong statistical background in data analysis. She has published and presented at professional conferences, and taught on the college level. In addition to raising a family in Scarsdale, she has worked on various projects and committees related to fundamental issues in education including PTA Compact, parent liaison to the Scarsdale A-School, STOP (State Testing Opposed by Parents), and SOS4Education. She has coached youth sports and served on the Village of Scarsdale’s Parks and Recreation Committee. |
